October 29, 2013 – DiscountASP.NET, a leader in Windows hosting, recently introduced Snapp Systems, an elastic platform-as-a-service (PaaS) solution for .NET applications and the first PaaS to include a configurable staging and production environment for each application. Today, DiscountASP.NET announces adding scheduled deployment support to Snapp.
Snapp Systems supports application deployment using FTP, Web Deploy, Team Foundation Server and GIT to a staging site where users can test their app before it is set live. After successful testing, developers have the option of publishing their application from the staging environment to the live production site immediately or scheduling the deployment at a specified time and date.
